Items in Stick Ranger are objects that work differently but improve the character's status. These are distinct by three categories as explained in the first three sections.
NOTE: Enemies that are in red are made-up enemies; please refer to the user's page and/or talk page and/or blog.
Weapons

Weapons are items that is predetermined by each class to have a unique way of defending themselves against the SR enemies.
Compo Items
Compo items are items that adds or extends the weapon/characters abilities. Up to two compo items can be inserted into the weapon, but some compos will not fit certain weapons/classes.

Some of these items can be stored in the inventory, but some of these cannot be stored there (such as the canonical Gold, and Onigiri. Such as these behaviors are separated by and Static and Volatile, respectively:

Archive
Some items there are either one compo only group, or that certain group have no real distinct difference to the real compo items and/or central effect. You as the editor/former credit owner could ask in the comments there to bring it back from the SR Item Archive, but may need a permission of the admin first if there needs to be a separate article.
